## Description

The Client currently uses Exacom's Administrator software to administer the Council's Infrastructure Levy charging and collection\. Exacom own this software, therefore we are unable to obtain competitive quotations from any other supplier\. The award is approved, decision taken by the Officer with the delegated authority\.
