650 - Biomedical Facility Roofing Works

This project is to replace an existing flat roof on the University's Biomedical Facility with a liquid flat roofing system. There are several existing redundant boxings to be removed and made good, and numerous existing ventilation pipes which will be required to work around. There is also an air handling unit sitting on raised steel beams, which will need to be worked under.
