Cultural Review Services

To provide t a Cultural Review Service, to include but not limited to: (a) Provide an objective and robust assessment of working relationships, leadership styles and team dynamics within a specific service/team and or business area (a) Independently review and evaluate the intelligence gathered in order to decipher concerns, issues and important themes (b) Engage staff within the service to share ideas for improving and restoring a positive workplace culture (c) Work in partnership with internal team members to maintain the integrity of the Cultural Review
