## Description

The Health and Safety Executive \(HSE\) is procuring an agency \(or agency-led consortium\) to undertake a four-year research project on 'Audience Measures'\. HSE does not currently have a comprehensive approach to understanding issues of health and safety \(H&S\) need and impact from employers and employees' perspectives\. This project will develop audience-focused evidence to shape HSE strategic direction\. For example: to track the degree to which HSE reaches/influences target audiences; to provide senior leaders with data on impact and outcomes; and to inform operational resource allocation\.
