## Description

The Council wishes to appoint a number of framework providers to deliver home support services in each Primary Care Network \(PCN\)\. The intention is that these providers will deliver 30% of the hours and the remaining 70% will be delivered by a Principal Provider \(appointed through a separate procurement\) for the PCN\. This procurement is split into 3 lots, which covers the PCNs in East of Norfolk and NN4: o Great Yarmouth and Northern Villages \(4 Framework Providers\) o Gorleston \(2 Framework Providers\) o NN4 \(2 Framework Providers\) Additional information: This procurement will be managed electronically via the Council\`s e-procurement system\. To participate in this procurement, applicants must first be registered on the system at https://in-tendhost\.co\.uk/norfolkcc\.
