## Description

Expressions of Interest are sought for the Design and Installation of a Replacement Air Conditioning System at Three Rivers House\. The requirement is to decommission old comfort cooling from the first-floor office at Three Rivers House\. Design and install an energy efficient solution that can provide heat or cooling to achieve an optimum temperature of 22- 24 degrees Celsius\. Please review, complete and return the Expression of interest form to be consdered for this opportunity\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
