Description
National Museums Liverpool is seeking to appoint an experienced and creative contractor team to undertake refurbishment and reconfiguration of one of our buildings, The Pilotage Building, in order to create a new food and beverage kiosk open to the public on Liverpool's historic Waterfront. The works will address necessary repairs and upgrade of the buildings in line with stated British Standards to ensure a smooth operational opening in Early June 2024. The refurbishment and reconfiguration will cover the Pilotage building a striking building located on the historic quayside, adjacent to the Museum of Liverpool. The successful outcome of the commission will be a delivery of a new food and beverage kiosk helping NML realize its core financial sustainability objectives, ensuring a managed and sensitive approach to delivery within the busy waterfront environment. It is NML's intention to commence the construction phase and complete the projects by June 2024. Further details are comprised in the procurement documents.
