CWC21017 Wolverhampton Art Gallery Renovation Programme - Cafe Relocation and Entrance Reconfiguration

Wolverhampton City Council (the Council) are seeking to procure a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for the second stage of the Wolverhampton Art Gallery's renovation programme. Phase two works comprise a new Café area and re-configured Entrance Lobby to Art Gallery. The works includes the provision of; • A new accessible entrance to the Art Gallery - removal of existing external steps and re-grading of the pavement level to accommodate the new entrance/level. • Installation of new automated glazed doors to entrance • Re-located and re-configured café area including a new toilet block The proposed terms and conditions for this project are the JCT Intermediate Building Contract with contractor's design, 2016 Edition. It is assumed that any supplier returning a tender for this requirement will have a copy and is familiar with these terms and conditions and will have previous experience of executing contracts on this basis.
