ESA Strategic Study

Description

A study that aims to create a guidebook for UK Space Agency staff to advance understanding of policy formulation in key ESA Member States. The work will include, in particular, determination of the narrative underlying aforementioned policy formulation, comprising factors such as cultural attitudes, political, economic, national security conditions. Ultimately, this will help comprehend (and aid negotiations involving) Member States' positions at Ministerial Councils, regular Councils, and lower-level organs. Additional information: The initial duration of the contract for a completion of Phase 1 is from 12/01/2024 till 31/03/2025 at value of £25,000.00. There is an option to extend the contract from 01/04/2024 till 31/03/2025 should a delivery of Phase 2 become necessary. The extension value is £25,000.00. The maximum value of the opportunity, should the extension be utilised, is £50,000.00.
