## Description

The project consists of the renewal of Appliance Bay floor coverings with a new anti-slip flooring system at five sites\. The proposed works include but are not limited to the following items of work:- 1\. Remove and dispose of existing floor finishes 2\. Remove and dispose of existing upstands or heater plinths 3\. Make good disturbance to building fabric to a good standard 4\. Make good to floor levels, including any levelling required 5\. Install a new anti-slip coating to appliance bay floor as specified\. 6\. Where identified install drainage The works are internal and located on the ground floors, in the appliance bays\.
