This tender is for the provision of General Legal Services, excluding employment law matters. The services required include advice on relevant law, drafting, negotiation and review of legal and commercial documents, advice on and assistance with structuring of commercial transactions, legal risk management, a wide range of law types or activities including contract and commercial law, property law, construction and complex projects including public procurement, project planning, franchises and independent training providers.
