FC - HE- Stockton Central Area Blueprint

Description

Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council (SBC) have procured a multidisciplinary professional services team to prepare a Strategic Development Framework (referred to throughout this document as the 'Blueprint') for Stockton's Central Area.\r \r The creation of a Blueprint (or Strategic Development Framework) for the period to 2050. The Blueprint will provide a roadmap and plan for the regeneration of Stockton's Central Area to include an overarching vision, spatial masterplan, assessment of appropriate delivery models/partnerships, evidence of market engagement and intelligence to inform recommendations, high level implementation/phasing plan and marketing strategy.
