Description

A contract has been awarded relative to the development of the Programme Business Case of the TE2100, Thames Estuary Phase 2 project. The contract awarded builds on delivered IPA Routemap support and relates to the design and implementation of PMO functions to support programme governance, risk management, reporting, quality assurance, planning, and stakeholder engagement. The contract aims to enhance programme controls and readiness in line with government best practice.
