## Description

Wigan Council would like to appoint a Consultant for the provision of Independent Fire Risk Appraisals, Assessments and Ad-Hoc Technical Support in relation to its portfolio of housing and corporate building stock\. Wigan Council will be utilising Fusion 21's Compliance & Facilities Management Framework \(Lot 5 - Fire Risk Assessments\) to carry out a further competition exercise\.
