Work description
The proposed development comprises the construction of a new three storey office building with supporting ancillary accommodation and assumes a modular construction approach will be adopted involving extensive off-site fabrication and minimal on-site installation works.
The type of Contract to be used will be JCT Design and Build Contract, 2016 Edition.
