## Description

Gateshead Council has established a Multi-Supplier Framework for the provision of Preliminary Roost Assessments \(PRAs\) and bird nesting assessments of Council housing properties scheduled for maintenance e\.g\. re-roofing, external wall insultation and other repairs and scheduled works\. These initial assessments are required year-round\.
