FHDC require the services of an Employers Agent (EA) and Clerk of Works (CoWs). This is to act on behalf of the council as client's representatives for the section106 units within the developments at Ashford Road, New Romney, and Broad Street Lyminge, by Pentland Homes for the acquisition of 21 dwellings, comprising of 6 houses in Lyminge and 15 flats in New Romney.\r \r Work at Lyminge is expected to end on 28 Feb 2026, and New Romney on 28 Feb 2027. \r Cost for Lyminge: £15,000 and New Romney: £22,500
