SE925 Active Lives Child Survey

Sport England as the contracting authority is tendering for the supply of the Active Lives Children and Young People Survey (the Services). Sport England is seeking through this tendering process to award a contract with a suitably capable Contractor to provide these Services for an initial term of 57 months and a unilateral option of Sport England to extend for a further period of 12 months. This notice is to award the contract for the Active Lives adult services for 57 months.
