## Description

Norwich City Council's headquarters, City Hall \(St Peters Street, Norwich, NR2 1NH\) has a large open space area on its roof, which has been identified as a suitable location for a new Air Source Heat Pump \(ASHP\)\. The works involve the system design, installation, and commissioning of an Air Source Heat Pump \(ASHP\), controls and associated mechanical plant at City Hall\. A further competition process was carried out by Procurement for Housing \(PfH\) under the Capital Works and Associated Services Dynamic Purchasing System \(DPS\) - Lot 4 Heating\. It was available to 30 suppliers across the East of England region\.
