SLaM 78 Lewisham Park Patient/Visitor Toilet Refurbishment Works - ST23 - P015

The works will see the refurbishment of two existing visitor toilets (both within the occupied rear extension building) to create new fully anti-ligature compliant toilets for patient use, one of which will be DDA/Part M compliant.

Works include but are not limited to:

• Strip out of existing sanitaryware and finishes • Supply and installation of new sanitaryware including all pipework connections, fittings and controls • All new decorations and finishes to walls and ceilings • Adaptations to the existing lighting and mechanical extract • All associated commissioning and NHS water hygiene works as specified on completion
