the solution is already in use within HSE and we were going to transition to using a Microsoft equivalent but there has been a delay in rolling out that product and as a consequence we ned to continue using the same product for a short period in order to avoid transitioning to another product in the short term only to transition again to the Microsoft product when it is rolled out.
