Work description
Corserv on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the refurbishment of existing three-bed detached dwelling, including thermal upgrades, under a JCT minor works contract. Please see the attached documents for the full scope of works.
The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 40% Quality and 60% Price.
