## Description

The University of Essex is seeking tenders for a project to convert the Library Reading Room from a drop in study space to 2 x independent spaces used for timetabled teaching in the format of ITS laboratories\. This will include a new Mechanical Vent system, Electrical and Data wiring, carpeting, redecoration and general refurbishment of localised areas, including toilet facilities\.
