## Description

Umbrella is the provider of sexual health services in Birmingham and Solihull\. Umbrella is a partnership, led by University Hospitals Birmingham \(the Authority\), consisting of a number of community-based organisations, charities and health service providers\. In 2017, the Authority established a Dynamic Purchasing System \(DPS\) for Community Based Sexual Health Services in GPs\. The Call-Off Contracts that are the subject of this Award Notice were awarded as a result of Tender Rounds 1 & 2 under the DPS\. Additional information: The contracts awarded as a result of Tender Rounds 1 & 2 will expire on 31/08/2020 unless further extended for up to a maximum of two years
