Understanding Business Decisions and Behaviour: Unfair Dismissal and Financial Difficulties

Research to inform reforms on unfair dismissal and 'fire and rehire' practices. The project involves two separate research arms: one focusing on unfair dismissal, requiring 50 interviews with businesses with employees, and another on financial difficulties, requiring 50 interviews with businesses that have faced or are facing financial difficulties in the last five years.
