The LGA wishes to commission research to identify a set of HR indicators to inform wider understanding and responses to council issues on people management with specific focus on capacity and HR Risk. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
