Thames Tideway Tunnel Commercial Insurance Adviser

Description

Defra needs commercial insurance advice to support the implementation of its obligations under the Supplemental Compensation Agreement (SCA), particularly if there is a call on the SCA. The insurance adviser will work closely with and report to the Defra TTT project team, government lawyers and the Infrastructure and Projects Authority. The insurance adviser will also be working closely with Defra's loss adjuster and to a lesser extent Defra's other external advisers in relation to the GSP: legal advisers, financial advisers and a technical adviser.
