Continued support, maintenance and licences associated with the councils Mitel Telephony Estate is required, and a direct award to the incumbent provider via the CCS Network Services 3 RM6116 framework was chosen as the most appropriate route to market in order to offer continuity with current provision. Additional information: The contract also offers 2 x 12 month optional extensions, not included in the awarded contract term of 36 months.
