This Contract covers the following work types: • The Communal Mechanical and Electrical installations include but are not limited to: • Communal TVs, TV Aerials and Satellite Systems; • Communal Electrical Installations; • Controlled Door Entry Systems; • Emergency Lighting; • Fire Alarms and Fire Detection Systems including Automatic Opening Vents, Dry Risers and Sprinkler Installations; • Fire Fighting Equipment; • Intruder and Panic Alarms; • Landlord's Electrical Testing; • Warden Call and other Alarm Systems; • Water Hygiene; • Roller Shutters; • Disabled Access Gates; • Stairlifts and other disability lifts and hoists; • Ventilation systems
