Work description
This procurement is for a mini-competition within the Heritage professional services framework agreement requiring services from each of the 4 lots. Awarding a JCT consultancy contract to the highest scoring bidder in each lot. The 4 lots are for the following services: 1. Lead Consultant (including CDM principal Designer, Contract Administration and Cost Control (QS)) 2. Architectural 3. Structural Engineering 4. Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
The award of this contract pertains to Lot 3. Structural Engineering
