## Description

East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust \(ESHT\) was required to tender for legal advisor services as part of the Trust's Building for Our Future Programme Services include the following: • Developing the Procurement and Contract Strategy; • Preparing for market; • Developing the Trust's Outline Business Case \(OBC\); • Advising on the procurement of the Design Team, Construction Contractor and wider professional team; • Advising on the suite of contractual documents for the development of the new Hospital; • Advising on procurement strategy for ongoing hard and soft facilities management \(FM\) and lifecycle; • Advising on equipment procurement strategy; and • Property and planning matters \(ad-hoc support requirements\)\.
