The College of Policing are seeking a Supplier to : \* Develop and agree a methodology for assessing PST aerobic demand and setting corresponding fitness test standards \* Assess PST aerobic demand based on training delivery in one force \* Use the assessment of PST aerobic demand to set test standards for two existing fitness tests \(ie, 15m MSFT and CTPWT\) \* Carry out a comprehensive equality impact assessment of the test standards
