## Description

The scope of the evaluation is to assess the processes used during the initial phases of the CICP project, and to provide a comprehensive 'lessons learned' report, with a view to identifying potential improvements or solutions for particular challenges or areas of friction, as well as to identify and reinforce good practice\.
