## Description

Rykneld Homes Ltd \(RHL\) working with, and on behalf of, North East Derbyshire District Council \(NEDDC\), is seeking to appoint a contractor to undertake balcony refurbishment and associated improvements to 6 No\. blocks of flats, throughout the District of North East Derbyshire\. The successful contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the allocated works, including surveying, designing, and the associated installation/repairs\. The successful contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the allocated repairs/works\. RHL will be seeking to appoint the successful contractor to the role of Principal Contractor \(under CDM Regulations 2015\) for the duration of the works\. Whereby there is a requirement for design the contractor will also act as the Principal Designer, in such instances this will be specified in the letter of appointment\.
