Work description
Estates and Building Services require internal alternations for the English Martyrs Catholic School, taking place over one month. For this procurement, PAN1068 Construction Works Framework was used; the commissioning officer and contract manager decided to use Option 2 (100% price) as the evaluation criteria. Due to the estimated project value, Lot 2 was used.
