## Description

Torus Foundation wishes to appoint a suitably experienced organisation to provide an Information Management System to gather, collate and analyse core participant data in line with Funders requirements and conditions\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
