Analyzer for DAERA flux station

Description

1 x new methane analyser (LI-7700) added to the purchased eddy covariance (EC) flux station is required to measure valuable additional data, alongside water vapour and carbon dioxide gas concentrations, for project 07711. The LI-COR Biosciences UK Ltd. (LI-COR) instrument is essential for enabling the continuation of comparable long-term measurements and is the only instrument compatible for this application. Regular soft testing of the market shows the LI 7700 is the only sensor currently available at this price point which does not require access to mains electrical power, which is not available at the monitoring site for this project.
