## Description

Stoke-on-Trent City Council \(the Council\) is seeking to appoint a specialist advisor to undertake a feasibility study in relation to the creation and establishment of a council managed lettings agency for the purpose of it renting out and managing residential properties in the private sector\. Within this there is a requirement for the lettings agency to be financially viable and, further, to generate an income for the council\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
