GB-Derby: DH19084 - Refurbishment and Re-glazing of Double Glazed Sealed Units

Glazing work. The works that form this Contract will be undertaken on an as and when required or a scheduled basis, depending on the urgency of the requirement and shall include, but are not limited to, the following services:

- Undertake full repair of a double glazed sealed unit without the need to replace - Undertake full repair of a double glazed sealed unit with the need to remove from a frame and or casement to facilitate a repair - Undertake a full replacement of the double glazed sealed unit where it is not possible to repair due to deterioration and or damage

The works are to take place at tenanted and non-tenanted properties within the City of Derby. The length of the contract will be 2 years, followed by a 2 year extension (subject to performance) and a further 2, 2-year extensions (also subject to performance), up to a maximum duration of 8 years.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
