Provision of an Enabling Partner for Construction Industry Training Board

CITB is undertaking a transformation programme which will substantially transform the way it supports the construction sector within Great Britain. A key element of this change programme is the appointment of an enabling partner to support the transformation programme and deliver a variety of back office services currently provided in-house enabling CITB to focus on its core purpose. These back office services include but are not limited to finance and payroll, business improvement, human resources procurement and customer operations including customer contact centre and apprenticeship learner support and administration.
