Work description
The Contract is for the provision of a Help to Live at Home Service. It is for a period of 5years 8 months with an option to extend for a further 2 year then a further 1 year period. This contract is for a particular geographical period within the Borough of South Tyneside (ZONE 2) and includes the following services: Home Independent Service, Home Independence and Crisis Response Service, Extra Care and Wellbeing Service.
