## Description

The design/construction of a new three storey extension, with the ground and first floors fitted out for office accommodation with associated amenities\. Third floor mothballed for future fit out\. Together with associated external works for the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority\. Further cost option to be priced to fit out all three floors\. Additional information: Update 1\.1 - 7th February 2019 - Site Visit changed to Thursday 21st February 2019 at 1pm\. Update 1\.2 - 19th February 2019 - Site Visit has been pushed back to Thursday 7th March 2019 at 1pm\.
