## Description

Delivery by a series of one to one coaching sessions\. • An initial coaching session of 90 minutes • Subsequent 60 minute coaching sessions up to a maximum of four 60 minute sessions per Executive Leader\. • An impact review after all sessions\. The coaching sessions to take place between February 2021 and August 2022\. • The standard KPIs and SLAs relating to Lot 2 of the Framework contract will apply\.
