## Description

Places for People Group wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for a three \(3\) year term with the ability to extend the contract period by a further two \(2\) one \(1\) year periods at the Client's sole discretion\. Experienced suppliers are invited to submit Tenders for the framework agreement, which will encompass M&E Works and Services as defined by the CPV codes set out in the Contract Notice\.
