A clinically led Telephony & Digital advice & support service to support insulin dependent T1 & T2 diabetic patients who are unwell as a result of contracting Covid 19 and will also provide the same support to Insulin dependent patients who are experiencing adverse symptoms who would otherwise access diabetes teams\.
