EHRC 2223-02 Panel of Counsel

The Equality and Human Rights Commission is looking to establish a new framework agreement for a Panel of Counsel.\r \r Members of the Panel will be our preferred providers of external legal counsel services. These services will support our advisory, influencing, regulatory and enforcement work across the equality and human rights spheres.\r \r We encourage applicants to come forward from a broad range of backgrounds. Where the term "counsel" is used in relation to the Panel, it is intended to cover barristers, advocates and solicitor advocates with the necessary qualifications.\r \r The Panel will consist of five separate Lots:\r • KC, A, B and C Lots for England and Wales\r • D Lot for Scotland
