Description
Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) sought a provider via the Crown Commercial Service G-Cloud framework agreement (Direct Award procedure) to supply a secure middle office and transactional back office to maintain TfGM's contactless ticketing options across its portfolio. The Call Off Contract is to be awarded on the basis of a 2+1+1 contract Term. The Call Off Contract is to be awarded to Vix Technology UK Limited. The agreement includes two options to extend the agreement in each case for a further 12 months, and is scalable to meet potential future contactless ticketing requirements. The scaleable nature of the agreement allows TfGM to exercise four separate options, when required.
