## Description

Transport for Greater Manchester \(TfGM\) sought a provider via the Crown Commercial Service G-Cloud framework agreement \(Direct Award procedure\) to supply a secure middle office and transactional back office to maintain TfGM's contactless ticketing options across its portfolio\. The Call Off Contract is to be awarded on the basis of a 2\+1\+1 contract Term\. The Call Off Contract is to be awarded to Vix Technology UK Limited\. The agreement includes two options to extend the agreement in each case for a further 12 months, and is scalable to meet potential future contactless ticketing requirements\. The scaleable nature of the agreement allows TfGM to exercise four separate options, when required\.
