The project consists of the shell and core refurbishment of the Intercity House:

The scope of works in summary consists of the following: Strip out of the building including all mechanical plant, non-structural partitions, finishes and facades Replacement of the facades Replacement of all mechanical and electrical services Provision of new services independent of those serving the station Refurbishment and provision of the lifts Installation of new IT services and connections Fit out of teaching, office, catering and welfare spaces Redecoration of existing internal spaces - to include new floor, wall, partition and ceiling finishes
