Work description
Award (OJEU Award notice 2017/S 188-385351) of a multi-supplier multi-lot Framework that will be used both on a direct award and mini competition basis. (OJEU Notice 2016/S 199-358688) Contracting Authorities who enter into a call-off agreement will have the choice of directly awarding to the supplier delivering best value for the individual project or using the mini competition route to identify the optimum supplier.
